3 Randy has the option to swap Taylor and MGSS's 1st Round picks. Option not exerted

7 The following conditional situations apply:

TRIGGERED - If Paul's 2023 1st is Pick 4-5 overall, Paul gets JOC's 2024 1st and JOC gets Paul's 2024 3rd round pick.

If Paul's 2023 1st is Top-3 overall, then 1. JOC relinquishes his pick swap option in 2024, and 2. If JOC makes the 2022 OFL finals (winner or runner up) Paul gets a compensatory 5th rounder from JOC in 2024.

If Paul's 2023 1st is Pick 6-8 overall, Paul gets JOC's 2024 1st and JOC gets Paul's 2024 4th round pick.

If Paul's 2023 1st is Pick 9-12 overall, Paul gets JOC's 2024 1st and JOC relinquishes his pick swap option in 2025.

8 Randy has the option to swap JOC's 2024 1st for Paul's 2025 1st. Option must be exercised within one week after the 2024 draft lottery.

9 If either of Paul or Kris' 1st round picks is Top-2, that pick reverts to Paul and Taylor gets Paul's unprotected 2027 1st.

10 TRIGGERED - If Crye makes the 2023 playoffs, Crye's 2nd escalates to Crye's 2024 1st and Paul's 6th escalates to Paul's 2024 4th.

11TRIGGERED - If MGSS makes the 2023 championship final, MGSS' 2024 5th escalates to MGSS' 2024 3rd.

12 Kris' 2024 3rd rounder escalates to Kris' 2nd if Kris wins the championship this year. Not triggered.

1 Taylor has the option to swap his and Higgins' 1st Round picks. (Option was removed when the pick was traded to Higgins)

2 JOC has the option to swap his and Paul's 1st Round picks. If Paul's natural 2022 1st is Top-4, this option is revoked. (Negated by Paul's acquisition of JOC's 2024 1st)

4 If Brent's 2023 1st is Top-2, it reverts to Brent in exchange for Brent's unprotected 2024 1st Round pick. Not triggered.

5 Crye has the option to swap their 2023 1st for their unprotected 2024 1st during the 2023 preseason. Not triggered.

6 Taylor has the option to swap Paul and Kris' 2024 1sts. (Negated by Taylor's acquisition of Kris' 2024 1st)
